The Regimen-day 2

Breakfast
  • Oatmeal
  • 1 coffee
  • couple of cuties

Lunch

  • Yummy lentils, pico de gallo, spices (curry, cumin, fennel), turkey crumbles and a dollop of plain yogurt.

Snack

  • seven strawberries and more cuties

Dinner

  • Finished the light pasta (olive oil, salt, steak seasoning) with green peas and asparagus
  • Two slices of toast w/butter
