The Regimen...

Bike into work--20 minutes

Breakfast:
Egg white omelet--pico de gallo and un poquito queso

1 coffee

Meal 2
strawberries and clementines

Meal 3
spinach, goat cheese, red beets walnuts, raisins (?), balsamic vinegar

Bike home, get car--20 minutes

Meal 4
lentils, chicken, aspasragus, sunflower seeds, jalapenos, plain yogurt (?), curry and cumin flavoring

  1. Eating regimen is in place, but biking didn't happen today. Tomorrow, for sure!
